Tips On Getting Pregnant

Hi, my name is Angie. My husband, Trevor created this little spot on the web so that we could offer some insight and some tips on getting pregnant with others. We felt like it would be a cinch for us to have our first baby. We have no problem in the bedroom and we're both overall pretty healthy.

Boy were we in for a surprise! Three months after trying I became a little concerned..

After six months, I was now very upset....

I started researching everything I could on finding a solution that would work.

We tried all kinds of old wive's tales to come up with a solution. We didn't want to go down the route of expensive fertility treatments either.

There's some great tips we learned below but after doing a TON of research, there was one resource that was better than everything we found combined. It's called PREGNANCY MIRACLE. I'm not trying to be a "company spokesman" but if I go to a great resturant or see an awesome movie, I'm going to share it.

Here are a few tips we found, hope you find them helpful!

1. Know the exact timing of your menstrual cycle.

Knowing when you’re ovulating is crucial as it’s the best time to get pregnant. There’s a few symptoms to look out for as signs that you’re ovulating. One symptom is the build up of some mucus that’s coming from the cervix and it’s possible to have some discharge as well. Another sign to keep an eye out for is feeling a dull pain on one side of your

2. See your family doc before you decide to start trying to have a baby.

It’s a smart idea to get a check up and to let your doctor what your plans are.   They might suggest for you change up your diet and suggest a vitamin regimen specifically based on your pregnancy goals.

3.   Hang out in bed after sex.

There is a lot of misinformation about what should be done after intercourse. Some say that it’s beneficial to put lets up in a certain position, however, studies show that doesn’t increase the chances. It is recommended to relax in bed for awhile and to avoid going to the bathroom for at least 15 minutes after intercourse.

4.
Over doing it isn’t the best idea.

It’s a myth that the more sex equals a higher chance of conception. This isn’t necessarily the case as it’s been shown that a man’s sperm count can be highly decreased with over doing it.

Hopefully, you got some value out of these tips. We know that getting pregnant can seem harder than it should be but trust me, it’ll happen for you! I have to tell you, I never recommend anything that I don’t believe in myself but like I mentioned, THE PREGNANCY MIRACLE was a huge help for us and just to be completely straight up, the perks they give us for recommending it are going to baby stuff. We feel like it's a win-win for all.

Good luck!

Angie T.
